SN 3 residents approved (78 yes & 3 No) by email voting the design
and installation parameters of Lanai railing and grab bar. From now on
Residents can get the railings and grab bar installed, as long as they
follow the approved design and installation standards. They should
obtain the permission of BOD, who will review the design and
installation plan.
Some condos wanted to install grab bar inside the front door to step
down onto Lanai. As it is inside the condo unit, you can get it done by
yourself.
